I am Vikas Shah, and I’ve been where you are. As a home buyer and as an investor, I have experienced the stress and struggles of finding the right home loan. The process was not only stressful but also incredibly time consuming and frustrating as I had to deal with various lenders to understand their terms and conditions, their requirements, interest rates, knowing the borrowing capacity, and then finding the best deal, getting pre-approvals, providing various documents, getting final approval etc. I was also conscious that making the wrong choice could cost me thousands of dollars which could impact my borrowing capacity and add to my debt. I quickly understood that given there are various lenders in the market offering various loan products with different interest rates and varying terms & conditions, getting a home loan is not a straightforward process and it’s even difficult to find the best deal that suits your circumstances. I was determined not to let other home buyers go through the same ordeal. Keeping that in mind I founded Secure Mortgage and Finance with a motive to help clients get the best home loan without any hassle.

I am an avid property investor and have successfully built a portfolio of investment properties which yields good rental income and steady capital growth. I achieved this by closely monitoring real estate investment opportunities and taking advantage of lowest interest rate and maximising borrowing capacity offered by various lenders. Due to my keen interest in property, I developed a desire to help other people fulfil their dream whether it is to own a home or build a portfolio of investment properties or refinance their existing mortgage.

  • Have vast experience in finance industry for two decades and have managed portfolio of small retail Investors, High Networth Individuals and Foreign Institutions.
